Soothing cream.

The magnesium cream is a game changer. It has help my 5 year old daughter with winding down for bed time. She loves her feet massaged every night and it relaxes her enough to help her fall asleep faster. I find it also helps with growing pain and some night time worries.

For me it has also helped heal some dry cracked heals that I had been trying to fix for about 6 months and I noticed a difference in 3 days. After a few weeks they were completely healed. Just about to order 3 more jars!

Does this help with menopausal hip pain? I use the tallow lotion on my face and love it. I would like to try the magnesium lotion if it would help with night time pain.

I ordered 1 jar to see if would have an impact on sleep & muscle cramps. It definitely did. One night I did a lot of fast walking on concrete in sandals & could feel the calf muscles starting to cramp before bed. I applied this cream & no cramps came while sleeping. No more restless knees and low back!

This is amazing stuff!! For several years I've been dealing with restless knees and low back. Recently as of April I had it constantly daily for 6 weeks, I was so miserable! I found this Based Supplies site and bought 2 Tallow jars and soap. Then bought the magnesium lotion! I have Myasthenia Gravis and shouldn't use magnesium but holy heck, this stuff is AMAZING!! No issues with MG and within 15 min the restlessness calms down and goes away by purely just rubbing it all around my knees and low back!! I can sleep again and not constantly stir!
